Apartments Saknja Rat / Tri porta
Besides the house on the property is covered parking for eight cars, bowling, indoor barbecue and a large storage room that houses the washing and drying machine and water pump for water since the property has no city water supply. Water supply is ensured since the house has a large reservoir for drinking water of 26 m2. 5 m in front of the house there is a paved pier with berths (3) for vessels up to 10 m in length. On both sides of moles are small, pebble beaches.
On the ground floor on the north side is the store for supplies and props for swimming and fishing. There is also a terrace for drying.
The facility is located on the outskirts of grounds in the Croatian-owned forests that are grown in the game dominated by fallow deer, which for the dry summer months down to the sea and create a memorable image for guests. In spring and autumn days the facility is very popular with hunting clubs considering the hunting ground nearby. Heating is provided.

Apartmant 1 - 7+2 person
Apartment 1 is the largest in the house (77 m2) and is located on the ground floor. It consists of four large bedrooms (one with three beds and three with two beds), two bathrooms, two halls, a large fully equipped kitchen with outdoor dining and a beautiful covered terrace of 90 m2 which can directly go to the beach and a jetty below home with a view of the Lastovo Islands.
It is equipped with heaters and blankets so you can stay in the autumn and winter months, which is very interesting for hunters regard to farm wildlife and hunting ground fallow deer, which borders the property on which the facility is located.
The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and is ideal accommodation for 9 persons.
There is a possibility of using a shared washing machine once a week.

Apartment 2 - 4+3 person
Apartment 2 is located on the first floor of the western side of the building, has a separate entrance and the size is 58 m2. It consists of two bedrooms (4 beds + 3 beds), fully equipped kitchen with outdoor dining, bathroom and covered terrace at the entrance to the apartment of 32 m2. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture as it offers a breathtaking view of the sea and island Lastovo.
It is equipped with heaters and blankets so you can stay in the autumn and winter months, which is very interesting for hunters regard to farm wildlife and hunting ground fallow deer, which borders the property on which the facility is located.
The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and is ideal accommodation for 7 people.
There is a possibility of using shared washing machine once a week.

Apartmant 3 - 4+3 person
Apartment 3 is located on the first floor on the east side of the building has a separate entrance and the size is 47 m2. It consists of two bedrooms (four beds and three bads), a fully equipped kitchen with outdoor dining, bathroom and two terraces. One 4 m2 and the second covered the entrance to the apartment of 31 m2. Both terraces have breathtaking views of the sea and Lastovo.
It is equipped with heaters and blankets so you can stay in the autumn and winter months, which is very interesting for hunters regard to farm wildlife and hunting ground fallow deer, which borders the property on which the facility is located.
